Snapchat DOWN - Selfie social network not working for THOUSANDS of users

Snapchat is down right now with the well known selfie application not working for a large number of clients. Snapchat fans have revealed issues with sending and accepting snaps and also server issues. Free site Down Detector has gotten a large number of reports that Snapchat is down. The blackout tracker screens social says around specific themes to track blackouts over the world.

  • While reports on independent outage monitor Down Detector of Snapchat down has drastically fallen from a peak of 7,512, Snapchatters are still having problems.
  • They tweeted: "We're aware of the issue and working on a fix. Stay tuned for updates! We recommend staying logged into your account." 
  •  Snapchat is down right now with the popular selfie app not working for thousands of users.

I think that this is a technical error in the servers for snapchat. However, many people are angry for this as our society is so narrow mined they depend on social media platforms such as this to communicate with their friends. it sort of shows our technological advancement as well as the bad effects it has on us as a population.

It is categorised in three different waves and stages of its timeline.
